CANCELLATION POLICY

ACCORDING TO EMBRATUR RULES:

Considering the start of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
. Up to 15 days prior to entry, the return will be full. (*)
. Between 14 and 7 days prior to entry, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. (*)
. 06 days prior to the beginning of the entry, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.


Special Packages: (Christmas, New Year, Carnival, extended holidays and others)
. Up to 15 days prior to the start of the package, the amount paid will be refunded. (*)
. Between 14 and 7 days before, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded. (*)
. 06 days prior to the start of the package, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.


Reservation cancellation for groups and events:
. Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package, will be subject to a fine of 10% of the amount paid. After this period, the charge will be made as follows:
. Between 29 and 21 days prior to the start of the package, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. (*)
. Between 20 and 07 days prior to the start of the package, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded. (*)
. 06 days prior to the start of the package, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show":
Non-attendance without prior written notice, on the expected arrival date, will be considered "no show" (cancellation without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.


Withdrawal after entry:
The cancellation of stay on arrival or after entering the condominium, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH OR CREDIT IN NEW DAILY, causing the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily
